Privacy Policy

 Ground rules for our friends and guests: 

We require everyone who is part of our community to stick to these rules: Treat your Host’s Home like your own.

Follow the Host’s standard house rules.

1. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas. 

2. **No Parties or Events:** Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. 

3. **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. 

4. **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by owners. 

5. **Maximum Occupancy:** The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 adults included children. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 

#### Check-In/Check-Out 

1. **Check-In Time:** Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability. 

2. **Check-Out Time:** Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. 

3. **Self-Check-In:** Guests may self-check-in OR meeting Property Manager to transfer keys. Detailed instructions will be shared before arrival. 

#### Cancellation Policy 

1. **75% Refund:** Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. 

2. **50% Refund:** If cancelled within 7-14 days before check-in, guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. 

3. **No Refund:** Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non refundable.

#### Safety and Security 

1. **Emergency Contacts:** Please keep emergency contacts and local emergency numbers accessible. 

2. **Safety Equipment:** The property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. Please familiarize yourself with their locations. 

3. **Lock Doors and Windows:** Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. 

#### Cleaning and Maintenance 

1. **Cleanliness:** Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean condition. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. 

2. **Damages:** Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional charges. 

3. **Maintenance Issues:** Please report any maintenance issues promptly so we can address them as soon as possible. 

#### Internet and Utilities 

1. **Wi-Fi:** Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Network name and password will be shared before check-in. 

2. **Utilities:** Please conserve energy by turning off lights, heating, and cooling when not in use. 

#### Additional Charges 

1. **Lost Keys:** A fee of € 100 will be charged for lost keys or lockbox keys. 

2. **Extra Cleaning:** Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition. 

3. **Unauthorized Guests:** A fee of €50 per night per unauthorized guest will be charged. 

#### Liability 

1. **Personal Belongings:** The host is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.

2. **Injury:** Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and that of their party. The host is not liable for any injuries incurred on the property.
