Booking Terms:

Minimum Stay: 32 days
Maximum Capacity: 4 Guests
Cleaning Fee: One-time fee of €100 (non-refundable)
Deposit: 20% of the total booking cost, required to confirm the reservation (non-refundable)
Security Deposit: €100 in cash for the key deposit. This is refunded upon return of the keys at checkout.
